We don’t know much about Big
Tom – he just showed up at our door one day with a stack of Drifters 45’s under
his arm asking for directions to the nearest diner, and he’s been around ever
since. As the host of Doo Wop Drive, Big Tom gets to play nothing but golden
group sounds from the 50’s and 60’s every Friday night from 7 to 10 on WMTR, and
he couldn’t be happier. Well he could, but engineering wouldn’t install a street
corner lamp post in the studio (they were afraid that he would never leave).
Give Big Tom a call at 973-267-WMTR for your instant doo wop request, or drop
him an email at
bigtom@wmtram.com for an
e-quest or just to say hi!
